You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days upon receipt of the goods. However this does not apply to pierced earrings, in the interests of hygiene. Up until this time, we will be happy to exchange goods if they are returned to us in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note all measurements are approximate, as are descriptions.

These will be calculated automatically, and show before you are asked to pay. All prices and delivery charges are valid for the UK only. If you are outside the UK, we will contact you with a quote upon request.

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered, we will offer you an exchange, repair or refund as appropriate, please notify us immediately.
